Meet the Regal's flagship series - the Medallion. This iconic and often imitated design is the pinnacle of vise technology. Open the jaws, insert your hook, and start tying. There is nothing to adjust, even when you switch from a tiny midge to a huge streamer hook. All Medallion Series vises revolve around a 360o axis and articulate 220o up and down. This series includes six different vise heads and works with all of our base options, for optimum customization.

Head Options:
Regular: A great option for newcomers to the sport or for professionals who have been tying for decades, the Regular Regal Vise Head is anything but regular. This workhorse of the Regal Vise fly tying family has been our flagship jaw for years. It's a versatile vise capable or holding hooks sizes 22 to 1/0. If you are looking for a gift for that special someone (like yourself), you can't go wrong with the Regular Vise Head.
Big Game: From tarpon to billfish, pike, musky, salmon, and bass, the Big Game Vise Head has you covered. One of our most versatile heads, it can accommodate hook sizes from 22 to 5/0 and features two hook grooves machined into one side of the jaw. With the bulldog Bite Regal Vises are known for, the Big Game Head holds hooks both large and small with an extremely secure grip.
Stainless Steel: The Stainless Steel Vise Head is the smallest profile head in the Regal Vise line. The jaw is manufactured from heat-treated stainless steel that allows for machining the small profile, yet maintains the durability and Bulldog Bite expected in a Regal. Extremely versatile and strong, this vise head can accommodate hook sizes from 32 to 2, making it the trout fisherman's dream vise
Midge: If you are a trout lover, we may have just the vise head for you. The Midge Vise Head may be for tiny flies, but don't let that fool you into thinking it doesn't have the Bulldog Bite Regal is know for. Specifically designed to hold hooks as small as size 32 and as big as size 6, the Midge is meant for small flies but can tie a wider size range if needed.
Shank: One of our favorites, the Shank Vise Head is designed to hold shanks, tube pins, and hooks from size 16 to1/0. The left side of the head features two hook grooves, the right side has a horizontal pin groove, and the jaw is blunted perfectly for holding shanks. This is THE head for tying tube, articulated, and Game Changer style flies.
