Item Pricing
Price displayed is the price of the item when it was added to your research list (and the current exchange rate for US customers). All prices will be confirmed at the time of placing your order. (Please note exchange rates comments below).
Typographical errors or inaccuracies due occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, including price errors. We will discuss any pricing exceptions with you prior to order processing.
Research List Space
As this list can get quite large as thousands of visitors create their own lists, we must purge old list items from time to time. When you register (and login), your list items will automatically be retained much longer. (See Non-Registered and Registered Visitor info below for retention length)
- Guests who have not created a login will be able to retain items in this list for 60 days. Items will be automatically deleted after 60 days without notice.
- Visitors who register and login will retain the list items indefinitely. Should an item on your list be placed on special, you will also receive a notice via email. Please keep your email current so we can notify you when an item is on special.
How Do I Know Shipping Costs?
The on-line shipping tool in the shopping cart gives a reasonable estimate for shipping your order. In addition, we always try several shipping brokers before we ship your order. You will know the shipping costs (and order total) before we process your payment.
Exchange Rates
Exchange rates are recalculated at the time of processing orders and are shown here only as an estimation based on the current exchange rates. Unless otherwise stated, our invoices are in Canadian dollars.
Actual exchange rates (and any additional fees) may be applied by your credit card company on payment processing. Contact your credit card provider for clarification.
