At Micheal & Young Fly Shop, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. We are confident that you will be pleased with our merchandise, however, if something doesn't suit you, please return it within 14 days for a replacement, substitute, credit, or refund following the return policy outlined below.

Please read the following policies before purchasing from this website.

In order to facilitate the return process, please contact us by e-mail at this link: sales@myFlyShop.com?subject=Notify of Return Goods . Please make sure to include your name, invoice number, and the reason for the return.

If you need to return a product, please request an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) tracking number. Please reference this number on all packages and correspondence regarding your return. Credits will only be issued after the product has been returned and inspected. This RMA is valid for thirty (30) days from issue date —you have 30 days to have the product shipped to us for inspection.

All returns require an RMA number. Please contact a Michael & Young staff member prior to returning product.

Returns will be authorized in accordance with the following policy:

  • Stock Returns

    Must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date. Authorization for returns is at the sole discretion of Michael & Young Fly Shop. A return credit will only be issued after we receive and inspect the product. Product must be new and unused. Damage due to incorrect usage are not considered a valid Stock or Non-Stock return.

  • Warranty Returns

    Products to be returned must be within the applicable warranty period. Most products offered have a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product, so please refer to the product information or feel free to call or e-mail us for clarification. Damage due to incorrect product usage are not a valid warranty claim. Items must be returned to our warehouse for inspection and to validate a warranty claim. The customer may request that a replacement be sent immediately. The replacement product will be billed to the customer's account in accordance with our standard payment terms. Then, once a final decision on the return is made, a credit will be issued if the warranty claim is allowed.

    Labour is not a warranty item and any labour provided by Michael & Young Fly Shop is not included in any warranty returns.

  • Non-Warranty Returns

    If the customer wishes to return a product for repair that is no longer within the warranty period, or for damage not covered by the warranty, the Michael & Young staff member will advise the customer of the estimated cost of the repair or replacement of the product.

  • Special Order and Non-Stock Returns

    The return of all special order and non-stock items are subject to acceptance by the original manufacturer. Defective custom order returns will only be allowed based on the manufacturer's acceptance. However, under no circumstances will credit be given without manufacturer authorization. If deemed allowable, the product will be sent to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, at their option.

  • Transportation Charges

    The customer is responsible for all transportation, insurance, duties and other similar charges for all returned product and must ensure that the product is appropriately packaged. Shipping damages, resulting from improper packaging will be the customer's responsibility.
