Owned and operated in southwestern British Columbia, Michael & Young is solely dedicated to the fly angler.  Our expertise lies in the simple facts that we live here and fish here.  These are our waters.  We know their fish.

Most of the local day guiding is done within two hours drive from Vancouver. This makes for an interesting parody; wild beautiful scenery in the day, coupled with all the comforts and sights of the city in the evening.  Or if you prefer, stay at a quaint bed and breakfast within walking distance of the river.  Whatever suits your speed, M&Y is ready to accommodate your every need.

This is a business run by avid fly-fishermen.  We spend a lot of time each year pursuing all kinds of fishing opportunities.  In our travels we have been blessed to make acquaintances with some of the best guides and lodges in British Columbia.  From salt-water fly-fishing for salmon, to dry fly-fishing for steelhead, whatever your idea of the perfect fishing vacation may be, we can help arrange it with you.
