Windows/Internet Explorer
| 1 | Go to the Flash Players Download Center and click Auto Install Now. |
| 2 | Click through the dialog boxes that appear. |
| 3 | When the Flash Player movies begin playing, your Player installation is successful. |
| 1 | Go to the Flash Players Download Center and click Download Now. Choose the directory where you want to save the Flash Player Installer and click Save.
Write down the name of the file you are downloading as it appears in the Save As... dialog box, or use the "Find..." command to locate the file for step 2. |
| 2 | Quit your browser and double-click the Flash Player Installer icon. Choose the Flash Player-compatible browser you want to install Flash into and click Continue. The installer relaunches your browser and opens to the Flash Players Download Center to complete the installation. |
| 3 | Click through the dialog boxes that appear. When the Flash Player movies begin playing on the Web page, your Flash Player installation is successful. |

When the download is complete, find the Flash Player Installer on your desktop. If it is not on your desktop, use the Finder's "Find..." command to locate "Flash". Note: If you find a compressed file with the extension ".sea.hqx" but no Flash Player Installer file, you may not have the necessary helper applications to decompress software downloads. Get Stuffit Expander from the StuffIt Expander page and then use it to decompress the ".sea.hqx" file. |

If you installed Flash Player, but the movies at the Flash Players Download Center page do not work, check the following:
| 1 | Make sure you have a Flash Player-compatible browser. |
| 2 | Make sure you have only one copy of your browser installed and that the copy you installed Flash Player into is the same copy you are using to browse the Web. |
| 3 | If you are running a 16-bit version of your browser with Windows 95, you will receive an error stating "Could not load plug-in". This is common with subscribers of earlier versions of America Online and Compuserve. Download the Windows 3.1 version of Flash Player from the "Need a different Web Player?" link in the step 1 column and install it. |
